Keto Vampire Steak with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 2 premium steaks (ribeye, sirloin, etc.)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter (for searing)
- Salt and black pepper
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp chopped parsley or thyme
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare garlic butter: mix softened butter, garlic, herbs, and salt. Chill until firm.
- Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper generously.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear each steak 2–3 minutes per side (for medium-rare), spooning butter over the steaks while cooking.
- Once cooked, remove steaks and let rest 5 minutes.
- Top each steak with a slice of the prepared garlic butter before serving.
