Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges & chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon fillets for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan until smooth and thickened.
- Add spinach and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Return salmon to pan and spoon sauce over top.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes, then garnish with parsley & lemon wedges before serving.
