Ingredients
- 8 sugar-free hot dogs or sausages
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 small cheese circles for eyes
- 16 olive slices (for pupils)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Mix in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into thin strips using parchment paper.
- Wrap each hot dog with dough strips, leaving openings for eyes.
- Bake 15–18 min or until golden brown.
- Add cheese circles and olive slices as eyes while warm. Serve warm.
