
Keto Cloud Bread
Light, fluffy, and virtually carb-free, this keto cloud bread is the perfect alternative to traditional bread—great for sandwiches, snacks, and burger buns.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, separated (room temperature)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened (or thick Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning; sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate eggs into yolks and whites.
- Beat whites with cream of tartar and salt to stiff peaks.
- Whisk yolks with softened cream cheese until smooth; add optional seasonings.
- Gently fold yolk mixture into whites in 2–3 additions.
- Spoon 10–12 rounds onto parchment; smooth tops. Add seeds if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
- Cool fully on tray, then peel off parchment. Store chilled and toast to serve.
