Ingredients
Peanut Butter Layer
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, creamy)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or allulose
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (or 85% dark chocolate)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, melted butter, sweetener, almond flour, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread evenly into the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour over peanut butter layer and smooth out.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
- Slice into 16 bars and serve chilled.
