Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
- 150 g sugar-free dark chocolate (70 % cocoa or higher)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate (and coconut oil if using) using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts until smooth.
- Stir in the macadamia nuts until fully coated with chocolate.
- Spoon clusters of the mixture onto parchment-lined tray, forming roughly round shapes.
- Sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still glossy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
