Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 large grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (keto-friendly)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce and divide into two bowls.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken breast, slice it, and add to bowls.
- Scatter chopped bacon, diced avocado, shredded cheddar, and cherry tomatoes across each bowl.
