Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup (100 g) powdered erythritol or allulose
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (50 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup (40 g) sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with sweetener in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Sift in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared dish.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
- Cool before slicing into 12 brownies.
