For the bowls
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Optional: fried egg, kimchi (sugar-free)
Instructions
- Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add sliced beef and marinate 30 minutes or overnight.
