Ingredients
- 4 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lay out lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise onto each leaf.
- Layer bacon, tomato slices, and avocado (if using).
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
